These straight U&U shears are perfect for everyday work in your grooming salon. They are economically affordable, made of solid cobalt steel and, without doubt, real workhorses! Thanks to their blades, which are wider than most other Utsumi scissors, you can cut through heavier, thicker coats with ease.
In addition, they feature short shanks, making them comfortable to hold in your hand and minimising the effort needed to scissor efficiently. You can easily scissor a large amount of coat with only 1 cut. This grooming tool allows you to do a lot of scissoring work quickly and effortlessly.
Because they have specific features, the Utsumi U&U UE 80 Straight Shears are not suitable for every breed of dog. They are especially recommended for medium-sized to larger dog breeds, such as a large poodle, a Kerry Blue terrier, a Black Russian terrier or a bichon frise. These straight scissors are less suited for smaller breeds, such as a toy poodle, a Pomeranian, a Maltese dog or a Yorkshire terrier.
