When to use which blending scissors for dog grooming

Groomer consultant Kitty Ponnet goes over the different types of blending shears in our Yento brand. She discusses when to use which blending scissors for dog grooming. The type of blending shears or how many teeth it should have depends on what breed you will use it for. In our Yento brand we have blending scissors in the commercial Prime Series, the Ergo Line Series for heavy-duty, and for finishing the Cobra and Fanatic Series.

Merci Cordialement Sylvie

can you advise me for a cocker spaniel, both my dogs are sterilized and neutered and the hair of the female is thick, coarse and curly, the male has long smooth hair but is always shaved in shape because he has been neutered I have seen your film and if possible I want to change in cutting the dog instead of shaving ( upper side) so the hair stays longer Is tjis still possible when they are 5 and 6 years old and should I use a chunker or blending scisor Can you advise, Since 40 years I groom them myself and because of their skin i changed to shaving the upper part Normally it is 0,5 mm long but this not normal for a cocker spaniel

What kind of thinning scissor should I buy to use on my Norfolk Terrier? I want to use it on my pet dog for areas around her head and legs. She have a softer coat then my younger bitch who I hand strip. Thank you!
